GENERAL:
By placing an electronic order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
The shipping costs, which are considered as delivery expenses, will be borne by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and must include any warranty certificate, user manual, and other documents if applicable.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date they become aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT FEE IS NOT PAID:
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CREDIT CARD:
If unauthorized persons are found to have improperly used the buyer’s credit card after the product is delivered, and the amount for the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
If unforeseen force majeure circumstances occur that prevent the seller from delivering the product within the specified time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
If the products supplied by the buyer are not in stock, the BUYER will inform the SELLER of the situation. The sold product will be sent to the BUYER within 10 days after it enters the BUYER’s stock. The BUYER cannot withdraw from the contract or request a return for this reason. No discount or compensation for waiting time can be claimed.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
Before receiving the product/service, the buyer must inspect it; damaged or defective goods/services such as dents, cracks, or torn packaging should not be accepted from the cargo company. The product/service is considered to be in good condition if accepted. The BUYER must take care of the product/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product/service must not be used. The invoice should also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal by rejecting the product within 2 (two) days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization at the address provided, without assuming any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, by notifying the SELLER via the contact details below.
