Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is addressed exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who acts for purposes other than their commercial or independent professional activity and who concludes a legal contract. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who concludes a contract as part of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Parties, Formation of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Biorganik. By adding products to our online shop, we make a binding offer to purchase these products. Before placing your binding order, you can add products to your shopping cart and correct your entries at any time during the ordering process without any obligation. By clicking on the order button, you accept our offer for the products in your cart and conclude the contract. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order.

3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text
The available languages ​​for signing the contract are French and English. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view the contract text in your customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions
A shipping fee is added to the specified product prices. You can find out the shipping costs in our offers. We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods yourself.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our store:

Advance Payment: If you choose the advance payment method, we will inform you of our bank details in a separate e-mail and we will deliver the products after the payment has been received.

Cash on Collection: You pay the invoice amount in cash during the collection.

Credit Card: You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing your order.SEPA Direct Debit: You authorize us to set up a SEPA direct debit. We will inform you of the debit date at least one banking day in advance (advance notification). The account will be debited before the goods are dispatched. PayPal: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal, you must register with PayPal, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment order. The payment will then be processed by PayPal immediately. You will receive further information during the ordering process. PayPal may offer additional payment methods to certain customers within the criteria determined by PayPal. We have no influence on the provision of these methods; they affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find further information on this in your PayPal account.

6. Warranty and Customer Service
6.1 Defect Liability: The statutory liability regulations for defects apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article L221-18 of the Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier physically receives the goods.

8. Effects of the Right of Withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all payments received by us, including delivery costs (but excluding any extra costs incurred outside of the lowest cost standard delivery chosen by you), will be repaid without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The return will be made with the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly request otherwise; in any case, you will not pay any fees for the return process. You must return the goods to us or to the person authorized by us no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision. If the 14-day period has not expired before you return the goods, you will have met this period.

9. Dispute Resolution
